Transforms brands and the marketers who manage them

 

Carole is an accomplished media and marketing “leader for change” with expertise developed during 20+ years of pioneering digital transformation at Nabisco, Kraft and Mars. In partnership with the iab, Microsoft, Marketing Evolution and Kraft, she developed and tested the methodology that validated digital advertising’s positive ROI, earning Carole the coveted ad:tech Industry Achievement Award in 2011. 

 

As Senior Director Integrated Marketing at Mars, Carole launched “Reach-based Planning” in the US and “Agency of the Future” which was adopted globally.  Across all businesses, Carole formalized marketing and advertising planning and activation with a new Integrated Marketing Communications Program.  Agencies and brand teams embraced this collaborative way of working across teams, driven by a rigorous attention to roles, behaviors and outcomes. She also led the Global Web Leadership Team, and published Mars Global Digital Media Key Beliefs. 

 

Since 2013, Carole has been a marketing and media consultant, counting Novartis, Oscar Health insurance, Johnson & Johnsons, GE, Demand Media, and Hackensack Meridian Health, among others, as her satisfied clients. As an Adjunct Professor, Carole created and teaches Rutgers University’s Integrated Marketing Communications Mini MBA Executive Education Program, and she is an Adjunct Professor, City College New York’s BIC Master’s Program.

 

Carole was among the iMedia Class25 top influential executives in the 2010 Internet industry.  From 2000-2007 Carole served on the Executive Board of the Global media-auditing firm, BPA Worldwide, and as Chairman of the Board, 2006.
